Anybody have any info on updating the 1010c. I tried and I keep on getting a failed message. I have the pgm v-2. My pc is running vista. I called TP and they walked me through the update process but unfortunately I had the same results, failed message.
Any suggestions??

What are you using to power the TP1010C? Are the blue lights on the adapter lighting up?

It was a vista issue. I had a friend complete the upgrade to the charger with XP and everything went well.

The cable does work with Vista...

Apparently not with mine!! I called tech support and the walked me through the install and eventually told me that they have been having upgrade issues with the new driver that is featured with the new cable!!
No worries now though. All is working well!!
