Hi,

I read from the forum that people are setting 2100 rpm or more with an OS 50 Hyper on a 8.5 ratio.
On the OS site, it's writen : Output:1.9 hp @ 17,000 rpm.

17000/8.5 = 2000 rpm.

For me, 2100 or more is an overspeed and you lose power... Am I right ? or do I :smokin: ?

The idea is to run the engine just above the power band rpm. Then when loaded the engine will fall back into the power band rpm range and produce the power. Even using a speed control device the engine will fall into the power band,
