I recently purchased some fromeco batteries for the 1st time. Along with them I bought 4 normal regulators, and to arizo regulators witch are the heli version.
The cool thing about the regulators is they have 2 outputs one for the gyro set at 5v always, and an adjustable voltage for everything else. I also purchased their 5 lead charger. I also fly big planes so I wanted to charge the whole thing at once.
Well one of the batteries was wired backwards and popped a few of the charge circuits. So I got on the phone, not once did they assume it was my fault sent me brand new stuff. Two days later it showed up gave me 2 complimentary switchs.
Now I plugged the switch into the wrong port and fried it. Got on the phone determined it was my fault. Sent me a new one anyways at no charge. Thanks alot mike customer service dosnt get any better than this.
