Maybe you guys can help me out. Here is the equipment
MA Stratus
JR 9303
3 DS8311 Servos.
I have set the swash up with the MA swash tool per Shannons set up videos. I have manually adjusted rods at mid stick and used ATV to keep it level at top and bottom. It has a little sub trim and all the linkages are at 90 as far as I can tell (the mechanical set looks good)
With swash EXPO on, I get no visual interaction going from full low collective to full top. The problem is I do have a nasty interaction when giving aileron ... When I input aileron/roll, I get a nod of the swash in the fore aft cyclic.
I have tried to pmix it out but I can't seem to clear the issue.
Ideas ?

I'm sure some JR people here can help. Is there a mix that is on that you might have missed? It could be that the radio is causing this. I know my 9zwc1 did a funky interaction thing also. are all the servos new?

No funky mixes ... it's a new "model" in the radio. The servos have a couple of gallons on them in an EVO .50

Why does it have sub trim? Using the right wheels on the servos, you should be able to set up the model with no sub trim.

Does it only do this on the bench? Or have you flown the model and it does the above?

Tried a million wheels and none require "0" subtrim. My last option would be to drill my own hole ... I may try this.
Have not flown the heli yet but I can fell the interaction in the paddles :)
Seems that a small amount of sub trim should not have such a big effect.
Does the STRATUS require the 2 deg elevator offset like the tempest ? My manual made no mention of it.
Thanks !

Airtonics wheels work great on the JR servos. I have set up a couple of Fury's for friends using JR servos and Airtronics wheels it was no problem.

With the plastic servo guide that comes in the kits. Drilling the wheels is the quickest and simplest way.

The Stratus does not have offset on the elevator servo linkage that I know.

I have JR 8311s and use a little sub trim with no problems.
Try copying anather program from anather ccpm model if you are useing one to make shure nothing ther is funny in the program if you can't find any thing. The only time I had problems like that is when the potentiomiters were worn.
That was in one of my furys. My Stratus set up ok.
