I will try to make this short but I should have written sooner. I heard so much about Duralites and I wanted to be able to fly all day w/out charging. They came in, I charged up and out to the filed. I was initially surprised because I was only getting 4 to 5 flights before the cut off point. I contacted Duralite and spoke to Jack. Jack was great and easy to talk to. I tried checking all of my connections to eliminate all drag and still no improvement. A short time pasted with no improvement and Jack asked I send back everything to be checked. All was ok and I continued to use my duralites. I then crashed my heli and the battery faired pretty. Couple of months pasted with Thanksgiving and Christmas and I knew I needed to send my battery in to be checked out. I checked the battery and there was no reading. Worried about this I called and spoke to Jack. Now keep in mind it has now been at least a year from my purchase. Jack said no problem, send it in and we will replace it. This I was not expecting, there was no reason to Jack to do this. I do appreciate everything Jack and duralite has done for me. It is hard to keep any story short but it has been a great experience. So far I am very pleased with the product and I am getting more flights than initially. Again thank you for great service and support.
