I'm looking at a used Industrial for AP. I've been able to get a lot of feedback to questions about the Intrepid but not the Industrial. Any opinions or experiences would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Mark

There are no down sides to the inditrial twin. Bergen does offer the industrial as a dedicated AP helicopter. The lifting capability is beyond what most will need. Just depends on what you want.

Thanks Gary,
Other thoughts..
Any idea when the steel t/r gears were last used and if there is a pod type fuse that fits the Industrial to improve visibility.
Thanks,

i suggest going with the newer tail box, also if looking at a used one pay close attention as sometimes it might be advantageuos to go with a new one. AS far as I know there is acanopy that will fit on the twin, looks pretty cool.

Thanks Gary,
I figured on replacing the tailbox. I was just wondering how old that indicated it might be. Sure appreciate the help. Looking forward to my first Bergen, no matter which it might be.

Is there a single carb on an intake manifold or two carbs each on it's own cylender?
The steel gears were out of production last year or the year before. The dual carbs were quite a while before that, like 4-5 years I'm guessing.
There is a pod type canopy available for the Industrial Twin.

Malorie,
It's a single carb. Owner indicated it wasn't that old. Just nice to have confirmation.
Thanks,
