Ok, I have a Trex 450 SE that came with a Telebee dual rate gyro. I flew it a couple times had decent success, the only problem was some hunting. I replaced it with a GY240 thinking it would be better quality. First flight with the 240 it spooled up, got just a bit off of the ground and then started spinning, had no control over the tail. I tried adjusting the gain, toggling between avcs on and off, still have the same problem. Is there something I'm missing?

the gyro is reversed.

Sometimes it helps to read the instructions... at least once.. LOL
