Thanks guy's for a great weekend. I saw allot of stuff that I didn't know was possible even with a heli. Thanks also go out to Henry, Zak, Clint, Doogie and others that names escape me. You guys can sure put on a show. We'll be back next year for more fun in the sun.

P.S. - Hi Frank! Sorry about your Evo, but I'm sure you'll have it repaired in short order.

A BIG thanks to everyone that came out to the event and helped make it a success! After all, the event is only as good as the people that come to it...so this year was great.

Sunday was pretty fun also. We had an auto contest for those of us that were waaaaay out of our league and didn't compete on Saturday. (We had to use a 12' tape measure instead of the ruler you guys used!) Jeremy showed us how it's supposed to be done and easily won.

We're already looking forward to next year, and hope everyone can come back again.

See you at BlackSheep in a few weeks!

great pics. there were lots of video camera's going also. need to get some of those posted up also.
There was some great flying by all and lots of fun. My notepad to take notes on is definitly full and i doubt i can perform any of the tricks i want.

Jeremy, i am sure you'll be the one showing me a thing or two and i seriously doubt u'll be impressed with any of my push overs if i get the nerve to do them again. if i do bring your binoculars.

Thanks to everyone who came and hope to see you all next year.
Chris

I found a few (poor quality) video clips that I took with my little pocket digital still camera. It has a video mode but it falls FAR short of the quality video the freaks are used to.

I took a few clips of the little auto contest, although I didn't get everyone (sorry) and I found a little clip of the the mosquito heli that was on display. Paul had the mosquito heli hooked up to a futaba RC transmitter so folks could sit in the heli and fly a Blade CX from the actual heli controls. Pretty cool. I'm hearing a glow heli might be replacing the Blade CX. I can't wait to see piroflips from the seat.

I missed the demo flight but here's a Mosquito flight the day before the funfly:

that little blade cx is harder to fly than you think sitting from the heli. to control tail with feet instead of left stick.

pinhead159,

The blade CX was a blast to fly while sitting in the real heli! It was cool that Paul, the heli pilot, let anyone try to fly the CX with his setup.
