I fought the Hatori/MP2 YS91 combo and the Hatori SB16FH wins by a long shot. Easier to tune, sounds great and the mount is better designed.
Have anyone try Hatori 937 or 938?

The mufflers that come from Hatori USA are little different than the ones that are directly from Hatori Japan.
You can email Richard Sabin at Hatori USA and he can explain it.

The mufflers from Hatori USA that have the SB designation part numbers are set up more for the style of flying done here in the USA. High nitro and one speed setups.
The Japanese seem to fly lower nitro and 2 speed setups.

They look the same externally. I believe there is some internal difference in the baffling. Also notice the header intake is a little longer on the Hatori USA (SB18) model than the Hatori Japan ( 937) model.
Personally I would pay the few dollars more and the Hatori USA model.

I use the 937 with my C-spec OMI Carbs and Cline with lots of power.
Better power and quieter than the MP2.
Have tried both 20 and 30% nitro fuel. But I like the 30% better :glasses2:
All of you guys are using Hatori, Including myself. Just wonders why not MPII? All my 3 x-cell are using Hatori now. Going to get Stratus with OS. Why Hatori is better than MPII.

Hattori's all around, I like the smooth quiet power,easy tuning, I think the mpII is louder and I do not like the mounting / header design, hatori looks better to me.
On my Fury's YS 91 one has a SB14 another SB16 Stolz mount
