Anyone planning to do any night flying at b-ham? I plan on doing some friday and saturday night even if solo! If my helis make it that long. :mrgreen:

Also anyone want to trade some new 680 night blades for some
710 night blades lmk.

Since my main machine happens to have a Turbine engine in it.......no night flying.

I hope maybe to fly the 90. :glasses2:

John Benario was definitely ripping it up last year at night. I think he was about the only one.

There was actually two that I saw. One was flying a raptor and I cant remeber who the other one was.

The other was John Benario flying his night Predator. John is very good night flyer.

At least a couple of us over here will be flying Trexes at night. In fact, I'm making up blades today for some guys coming over from Atlanta. :D

It is difficult to say. Usually the event starts Friday morning and ends Sunday afternoon. There is basically activities from Friday morning till Sunday around 2PM.
Some attendees stay up all night.

The local guys were out tonight practicing. I made the mistake of trying to fly my Evo 90 at dusk (without any lights), got below the treeline -- well you know the rest.
