Any of you guys having problems running a Revolution Whip antenna mounted under the canopy on an Extreme? Going to mount one on mine but afraid id loose a lot of range with that big canopy on it.

I've run a revolution whip on my Extreme for the past 3 years - never noticed any range problems. And I tend to fly very far away from myself.

Been using the Revolution antenna under the canopy of the Pro IIK, then Extreme, now Tempest for several years. Never had any problems. The antennas I am using are several years old and just been moved from heli to heli with the reciever.
I can assure you doing F3C contest flying that the model is flown away from me a long ways in the aerobatic part of the schedule.

No problems here with the Revolution. I also run the Deans and like it as well but the Revolution works fine.
