Blade CX

Well.. the weather here is really starting to bum me out... and I need some stick time.

So I picked up the blade cx.. I can fly this in my living room or my basement...

they are a blast. the great thing about them is that they are simple to problem solve. I had a little vibration so i replaced the entire drive assembly, 15 minutes and it's flying perfect. Dont forget to upgrade to the inner shaft with the metal head on it, will save you some rebuild time.

We tipped it over doing spot landings on a box and that was the part to go (the tip on the inner shaft).

First Bling part I ever bought... more functional then bling tho.. that metal head is very cool.. and it wont break unless we do some serious damage.

The Blade CX is very good (I owned a similar helicopter too - made by the same factory) and I can fly this machine right the way less than 2 hours (not flying experience before). Here's my post with opinion (http://www.helifreak.com/about10987.html)

I have a friend with some plank experience that wants to get into heli's. i'm thinking of letting him try it without anything more than a few minutes on the sim to see if someone with no experience can handle the CX.
