All MA kits come with F/G canopies except the XL ST 60.

Is it normal that the canopy is REALLY heavy ? About 270 grams w/o paintjob.

All I have are Ion-X canopies, but they are MUCH lighter than that at 160 grams with paintjob.

My gram scale isn't the best, but my Stratus canopy weighs ~240 grams with a very nice paint job. It is considerably lighter than my Extreme canopy which is about 300 grams, but not nearly as light as my R90 SE canopy at ~190 grams. Of course the Stratus and Extreme canopies are painted fiberglass and the Raptor canopy is unpainted plastic.
