anyone know what the max current draw is on rx battery with digital servos on your average 90/turbine size heli.

only four servos as fadec not throttle servo.

Basically trying to find out if 5 amp switch harness is big enough :?

Andy,
a coreless heli servo under hard and heavy load takes between 500 to 700 ma, or 0.5 to 0.7 amps, even if stalled still draws less than 1 amp. A digital heli servo, like the futaba S9450 draws about twice that, stalling current about 1.5 amps ish. In flight however, you will not be stalling them so an average current of up to 1 amp per servo should be expected. A 5 amp switch should be fine. If you use a regulator you will need to double the rating to at least 8 amps normal to be safe, but that is a different issue. :)
