The best thing to do is shop around then always call your favorite hobby shop and give them a hearty chance. Then if your hobby shop says wait that is below cost take that as a good red flag warning. :)

Go to GrandRC, select "build a 700N combo" and then delete everything but the kit for a very good (lowest out there?) price.
