I seriously doubt those DVD's will be available in English. That address is RC Technique magazine that is published in Japan. It is a great magazine for the model industry in Japan. I subscribed to it for a couple of years just to look at the pictures on the new released items. I have a Japanese friend that would translate what I needed to understand.
