the tail is a direct rip-off of the german Revolution machine.
the servo is rotated 90 degrees and it eliminates the t/r bellcrank at the tail.

Z is right that this is similar to the Revolution system. I haven't seen the Freestyle, but I'd be concerned that unless there is a slip joint, or other mechanism to accomodate for elongation, any flexing of the boom will be seen as a compression or distraction force on the t/r servo's output shaft. Whether this will have any effect on the longevity of the servo, I don't know, but I do know that the current crop of servos aren't designed to handle this type of stress. steve
