i have duralite regulator with the on/off switch anyways the switch stoped working for no reson it doesnt switch off so what can i do about it i thought of welding a standard on/off switch but the ourput of the regulator has 3 wires and the standard switch has 2 so please guys help me out

the switch doesn't turn off because of the failsafe feature.
I'd simply unplug the battery until I wanted to fly and plug it in when I wanted to fly until a replacement switch arrived.

True. Two of the wires are for the switched reg and the other is for a voltage test.
