I just got home from work and had a Post Office notice letting me know my WREN Turbo-Prop can be picked up at my local office after 5PM tonight! :clappp :banana :clappp

Geez....I just walked in the door...Had to go help a friend who's 2002 Jette diesel just had the motor seize up...so much for doing anything tonight! :(

I got the "kit" version as it saved about $500 and I have already built 3 or 4 of these critters, I have the gas gen build down to about 3 hrs or so...

The secondary and gear box came preassembled and tested...and it realy is a work of art! Wren even made some extended custom exhaust for me so it would clear the huge round cowl on the YAK...not I am getting excited to get it all together and flyng! :banana

Doc I try to post some pictures soon...but you will be the next person to actually see it in person on Friday!

I have the uninstalled FADEC for the Zealous...should be ok to start/test run.

doc...If I get the gas gen built up before I come down friday I would love to use the FADEC to get a start and run up of the Gas Gen on my test stand...that is if my FADEC doesn't show up tomorrow...

Should have the electronics in a couple of days...but leave on sunday for a 2 week business trip... :(

and the holes in the plate behind the prop hub?

the green tubing is the Lube line for the Power Turbine bearings..it is not connected yet

the holes behind the prop hub are for mounting in fuse....
