Which JR Receiver for small electric heli's

Just wondering what model receiver is being used successfully on the small electric heli's like TREX, Shogun etc...

I have an extra 8103 that I want to put to use until I get a newer radio.

R770 7 Channel PCM

I just bought an R770 for my t-rex and it's working great. I needed a 7th channel and my 6 channel bergs and polks weren't up to it.

What would be a good rx (light weight) if a full 8 channels were needed for a tiny t-rex size ship ? Any ideas for the lightest possible rx ? thanks.

I'm also thinking now that my 8103 needs to have the CCPM enabled since it's an OLD version. It's been a while and it seems like that needed to be done? Anyone remember this? Also are the FM rx's not useable in an electric?

Well if FM and PCM were both being used successfully that was the question after the question. I have some small FM rx's but don't want to use them if they get slammed by the electronics.
