My problem is my blades go in and out of track. Anyone have this problem with this model? Are the dampners too soft? :?:

It could be a bent spindle.
Remove both Main blades, and turn the nut that holds the grip to the head while watching the gap between the grip and the head itself for a wobble.
If it wobbles, the spindle is bent.
Dampners going south can also create this phenomenon, with the blades off force the blade grip up/down while holding the head. If you can get the grip to touch the head, or come very close, it's an indication the dampners are going bad.
Another item that can cause the blades to go out of track is slop in the links from the swashplate to the head, especially with the balls on the grip connected on the trailing edge side of the grip. Check for freeplay in all links/balls, either replace the links, or you can 'flip' the blade grips and washout arms to make the control work the leading edge of the grip. You should only have to reverse pitch in your radio when going from trailing to leading edge connection.
Hirobo, Tiger 50, or Gohbee dampners and spindles should work on this machine as well as the JR parts.

I never tested it for fit, but if the Gohbee dampers fit, the "On Edge" 90 durometer dampers have been working great for me and seem to be bullet proof in my Stinger 50.
Tracking going out was always my first indication that my dampers were getting weak.
I was changing stock dampers every other week. The On Edge dampers have been in my heli since December and have lived thru 3 cases of fuel so far. I even totaled the heli last week (new kit bad:arggg: ) and the dampers still look to be OK.
