Not RTF, but someone has new kits for around $680 in the Manufacture's/Dealers section. Not a bad way to start.

I am thinking of selling my Trex 700N.... Have a baby due in 3 months and need to get some projects done around the house..
The Trex is actually brand new Ready to fly... I just broke it in yesterday in fact with 5 flights at a hover...
It has 2 canopies, stock and a nice canomod painted canopy.
-Align carbon fiber D blades
-OS91HZ engine
-DS8717 on cyclic
-DS8900G on rudder
-DS8900 on throttle
-Spartan 760 Gyro (awesome!!)
-AR7100 reciever (non rev version)
-Align govenor
-SwitchGlow 8v starting system
-All metal head, Tail, main bearing blocks.
-Futuba GV1 govenor too... in box, not installed yet.
-Has lots of spare parts for it as well: 3 tail booms, nuts bolts, gears, ect....
-metal needle valve adjusters
-Thunder Power 2600 extreme 2S lipo
IT is an extreemly nice kit and I dont really wanna sell but the money would help when the baby comes.... I will have to rely on my 600N for fun....
It is fully set up and ready to bind to a 2.4ghz TX. BUILT TO PERFECTION!!!!
I have 2,800 dollars into it.. Just shoot me a reasonable offer and we will see what we can do...
