I had the one-way fail on my Ion tonight. The 2 setscrews that secure the outside bushing to the main gear spider were not seated on the ground flats of the bushing. The locktite let loose and my blades would not spin up. After disassembly it was clear the set screws were not seated. I cleaned the bushing with Loctite primer and used green locktite to reinstall, SB fine.
