I believe the square configuration works best on the Stratus.
I would get the 5.3 volt regulator with Heavy Duty safety switch.
Charger? That will depend on if you plan to have more than one powered by Duralites.
If your just going to do one heli the single outlet will be fine.
If your going to do multi helis, then get the 3+1 charger.

Hi DavidH,
I am using G3 receiver right now. Some for the posted here mention that some poeple got some glitch or lock out when using with Duralite reg. Is that problem solve.
Thanks,

I use the G3 and don't have any problems that any other RX would have, i.e., loose parts causing RF.
I did use the Futaba filters ont he long servo runs just to be safe.
I've been very happy with the G3 and have had them on four helicopters and it has never caused a problem. I love being able to change frequencies on the fly when somebody shows up at the field and there's an overlap.
I use 5.1 and 5.3 regs on my helicopters, all Duralite. I did have a bad battery causing problems. Just make sure you wire everything up and test it before assembly. Also, pull on the wires and stress them out a bit to make sure you don't have any loose connections. I've had a reg and a battery from Duralite ship to me this way.

HD failsafe switch, 5.3V regulator, and square pack for the best fit on a stratus, although I have the flat pack on mine with no issues..
Spend a little extra and get the 4 n 1 charger and the load tester/ glow ignitor combo..

I have been running the G3 RX and duralite regulators on my Ion's for about 5 months, no problem so far. Be careful where you route your wires with the G3 in use.
