Stratus Head/Damping Question...

I'm trying to decide where I like my damping on my new Stratus(s) and have been experimenting with different shims but removing that clip that holds the o-rings in the head is a big pain. Do you guys use these clips or just rely on the blade holder bolts to keep it all in place?

I may not have needed to, but that was one reason that I went to the Tempest head. It doesn't use the spindle with the clips. I haven't tried not using the clips on a regular head.

Just put the 1 piece dampners in it and forget about it for a year or so ......

can anyone put a picture on here showing what shims you use with the 1 peice dampners.

no shims.. only the one with it and the cclip...
