I am having some trouble setting up the head on my Gazaur Poseidon. I can not seem to get 0 degrees pitch on the main blades with my servo horns perpendicular to the main shaft. I have tried shortening some of the linkages and I am able to get to about 2 degrees positive pitch but the floating flybar is then dropped to well below center of the hollow shaft at neutral position (whether that really matters, I don't know.) With this setup, I have to limit my negative pitch to prevent servo binding. I am able to get about 8 or 10 dgrees negative without and binding, which is plenty for me. Any thoughts?

Wish I could help you but I would like to ask you a question. Can you tell what the blade root thickness is ? Is it 4.5 or 6 mm?
Thanks, keith

trim the hollow link rod. manual states 62.5mm but i trim mine to 63 mm with the ball ends attached. you will need a file and sand the bottom just a little. this will give you zero pitch at midstick. mine seems to fly best at 1 degrees positive at midstick.

Thanks for the help. I actually did just that last night. I ended up taking apart the whole head and starting over. I made the mistake of thinking that the head was built correctly from the factory. After rebuilding, I was able to get 0 degrees pitch at midstick and I was able to get rid of a small vibration that existed before.
