I have just fitted my new metal predator gearbox, but have noticed there is a small amount of like rocking play in it. It does not twist and feels tight but just pivots on the two m5 ally screws that secure it to the tail boom.
Any one else had this problem??

Do not use it that way. It will fail, either boom will crack from roking motion or radio will have problems from noise. Get HD boom. Part number HW6062AH for 825 mm bbom for 90 size. Im not sure of part number for gasser HD boom.

SS. You mean youstill have carbon ones over there. I have not seen them in a few years. Everthing we have is SS. I tried the tape and even brass shim stock. It didnt work well for me. Just use the right boom will save you from problems later on. That is awsome you have turbines in your predators. I have seen some pics form other over there as well.
