Hello there,
We all know that it is possible to suppress points when defining a curve by clicking a delete key when trying to change its value.
Unless I'm mistaken it is NOT possible to add a point that you previously deleted unless you completely regenerate a new curve...
Am I correct on this one :?:

There's no "undo" function if that's what you're asking! You can add points.

YES, there's an "undo" function... provided that you didn't switch to another point after pressing on Delete...
How do you add new points to an exisiting curve?

When you delete a point it's outline on the curve remains and you can reinstate it by adjusting rate (which gets lost since the curve portion between adjacent points to the delete one is adjusted). But you have to perform a two-step operation to accomplish it ... I don't call that UNDO.
You can only add points to LINE and SPLINE using a couple of methods. One is by using the < and > buttons from the closest point already on the curve and then adjusting Rate. The 2nd is by selecting the Point button and then use a gimbal, e.g. throttle, and the MOVE button to place a point on the curve at the gimbal localtion. You then adjust the Rate as necessary.
