BC6 connection break alarm

I just got my BC6 today and am getting the connection break alarm. I am trying to charge my Outrage 4s-3700 pack for my Dynatron starter. I got the EAC129 adapter to charge my Outrage pack. Also, what should I have the charge amp setting for when balance chargeing? I have the other setting set for 14.8v (4s). Any help would be great!

Nevermind, all is good, Called HeliDirect where I purchased it from. Boy do i feel like a dork!:Slap Didnt realize I had to plug the banana clips in the charger and on the battery main leads also! DUUUUUUUUUUHHHHHH!
