View Full Version : MicronJu
Just got a Micron sub micro FP 8.25" rotor span, still in the build and waiting for RX, as there mixing board uses jst connectors had to buy there RX. Anyone have one or hear how they fly, stock? Heard mixed reviews on another fourm. Anyone intrested in build pics let me know, or I won't bother not realy my thing. Maby I should have bought a couple lipo packs instead will let all know when it (I hope) is hovering, to light (at 50 grams) to be a paper weight!

I've never heard of it but after seeing the video of it (Szabo and Krause) I want one. It looks very stable, at least with those fingers on the sticks.
The video is about half way down the page.

Let us know how it flies.
Lot of good and bad talk about it at WWW.smallrc.com, will check out the link you posted. Swash and head seem to be good quality for what it is. Do not like the way servo's mount though, and swash is on a aprox. 45 to frame rather than 90 seems pitch foward would cause it to go right and foward. would rather not modify it but time to think about it. Hear a CP version is in the works.
Check out the Runryder fourm on the micron before you invest, not to put it down and I do like a challange but I got a piclo pro that. Very touchy set up, short motor life, servo problems ect the list goes on. Any way as for a challange a twin rotor using T-rex parts I am thinking about.
