Do you guys use the stock/plastic throttle arm standoff on the YS91 or do you buy a machined one?
Just installed a YS91 in my Fury and was wondering if I should buy a machined one. The plastic one seems a bit flimsy.
Thanks,
Jeff

I run the stock plastic throttle arm and find no problem with it. It's more than adequate for the job. When I was setting up my Fury I thought that there might be a problem with the throttle push-rod hitting the fuel tank with the stock throttle arm but that turned out not to be the case.

i use the stock one but did have the problem of the arm hitting the muffler so put a short spacer under it and all has been OK.

The back of the ball/screw is almost touching the muffler. I think I'll just run the stock one for now.
Thanks for the input.

I use the stock arm, however, I wish the holes on the arm matched the futaba arm holes. They are different lengths from center and I had to rummage around my junk bin looking for a match (in this case on old HHI aluminum servo wheel).
