Tail servo no longer working

Not sure what went wrong. I was re adjusting some settings on DX6i and the tail servo will not respond. The gyro is the stock and the tail servo is the Hitec HS55. My gyro setting is 66 66. Any clue? It was working before I made adjustments to the head.

plug it into to one of the cyclic spots on the rx to test it? Look at the wires?

turn the gain down and see if it works. I had a wire come loose in my stock gyro and it wouldn't work above 50. I found it cause as I was getting ready to throw it away I got curious and took the case apart .

Servo is complete dead. Plugged the HS55 to different channel and no response.
