Ok here is the deal i buy all my stuff form a very knowledgable helicopter hobby shop and i even talked to a rep from Hirobo. The feathering spindle is not bent, its brand new and the blades will not track. I replaced both the dampeners and they didnt work either. The owner of my hobby shop flys my same helipcoter so he sanded down the spacers on the wash out, he said that use to be a problem area.
I am running out of ideas here, last i talked with him he suggestion was to replace the blade grips and plastic hub/head what ever its called (part that the feathering spindle slides through. Does anyone has any advice for me, i have only been flying for around 3 months but i have never had a problem getting them tracked. The blades are not the cause i had them looked at and checked one again for balance, they are tunder tiger 600mm carbon fiber blades. Thanks in advance for the help!

Try this... disassemble the blade grips and make sure the thrust bearings are installed correctly. The race with the larger diameter inner hole goes inboard of the balls, the race with the smaller diameter inner hole goes outboard of the balls. If these are installed incorrectly in one or both grips you'll run into tracking issues.
If that doesn't solve it for you, then you'll need to figure out what changed since your blades tracked properly. You mention that you had no problem in three months, but now the blades won't track... what changed? Different blades, rebuild from a crash, etc...
Good luck... I know how frustrating this sort of thing can be.

I disassembled the the blade grips and triple checked the thrust bearings. Whats weird is about 3 weeks ago i noticed they were just a hair out of track then each time i flew it, it got progressively worse so i have since installed 3 different feathering spindles with the same result everytime. I though with my luck maybe i just got 2 duds straight out of the package, there is not way that could be the case 3 times.
I had the owner of the hobby shop take a look at the bearings but he said they were fine, that is why i am hoping when i replace the blade grips and the head that this will fix the problem. Those parts are just so thick and still I don't see how they would get bent or warped just from regular flying (no crash) No of course I had 3 unfortunate events where it landed in the ground and i never replaced these 2 particular parts because after i rebuild everything the blades WOULD track fine. I am just wondering is there was some hairline crack that i couldn't see that has eventually grown larger (still small to the eye) that finally caused this thing to be out of track??????

What Hirobo is it? What blades are you using?

Take a look at the seesaw. You may have a small crack somewhere in it. I chased a blade tracking issue for about a month before I noticed that my seesaw had a crack in it. Once it was replaced, everything was back to normal.
Just curious, have you tried any other blades on the machine and do you get the same result?

Update,
I went to the LHS today and replace the yoke, the blade grips, and the dampers and still the same problem. I am flying the Thunder Tiger 600mm carbon fiber so i deceided to switch to my first set of blades, world models (i know they are not as good but i knew that they tracked straight at one point too. Took it up sure enough the SAME problem. I
I came back home then i deceided that i don't care if i have to take the whole thing apart to find the problem thats what i was going to do. Long story short two screws that connect the servo tray to the main body were missing, hell i didn't even think screws when in on that side, i thought it was only on the other. Problem is fixed and the heli flies like brand new. Thank y'all for all your help!
