I know this has been beaten to death, but when do they send you the login and password to the 14mz site?

I received the Shirt and Binder about a month ago, I was hoping they would have put it in the binder...

Should have gotten that already. I got my login before I got my shirt and binder. Call services.

Go over to RCU and PM BBaxter and he will get you all fixed up.

I think his username is bbaxter, it is Bill Baxter.

Will,
No offense intended, but it doesn't work. I've all but given up on these folks. I now own two 14MZ's and get the first response out of them.

How can I get my shirt, binder, and login info without the registration card. I threw it out by mistake. I have the receipt to prove that I got it at an authorized Futaba dealer.

My friend, I sent in both registration cards, completely filled out, so the registration cards don't seem to matter. I have contacted the folks at Hobbico and, on three separate occasions, sent them the serial numbers for my radios, my home address, phone number and my email. Each time I sent an email, I got a reply back asking for the same information. I don't really give a damn about the shirt or whatever, however I do want a login and I DO want to be able to download software updates and I damned well want to know that if one of these radios goes Tango Uniform within the warranty period, I can count on getting warranty repair service. I personally think the problem lies with the boneheads at Hobbico. And, if somebody that works for with either Futaba or Hobbico reads these posts, they had better contact me at wolfdad@comcast.net or my next step will be a certified letter to Futaba Corporate headquarters and that will happen in this coming week.

Go ahead and test me on this sports fans.

Ok folks, I have sent a certified, return receipt requested letter to Futaba Corporation of America with regard to the fact that, after the purchase of a 14MZ and having filled out and sent in the registration, I have heard nothing more with regard to access to the web site or the "other" little perks promised. Yes, before you beat me up with the fact that Hobbico is administering the web site and registration, you should note that Futaba is the name on the radio, not Hobbico and I intend to hold Futaba's feet to the fire and perhaps they will, in turn, hold their sub-contractor's feet to the fire on this issue.

One of the conditions I set down in my letter is the fact that 10 business days after I know they have received the letter (I love certified mail), I intend to post the text of that letter here and on any other forums I am a member of if we still have not resolved this issue. I would add that, perhaps the guys at the top also need to take a peek at some of the RC forums, since it appears that I am not the only one who has experienced this problem. I have to consider the possibility (albeit a slim one) that, Futaba Corporation of America in Huntsville, is not even aware that Hobbico is "screwing the pooch." However, they very soon will be.

I don't know about the 14mz but the 12z was supposed to come with a special form to register for the website passwords. This is not the same form as the registration. So far I know of at least 3 12z radios that did not have the form in the case. Another 12z owner contacted Bill Baxter and he sent a PDF file with the form to him. I sent a copy in Monday and obviously have not heard back yet. Maybe this is the same problem with the 14mz.

As for getting an answer from Bill, I have contacted him 3 or 4 times in the past and he got back to me in a day or two. I have no idea why he is not responding this time.
