Part # for input gear on open tail gearbox

I ordered an extra input shaft gear for the open gearbox and they (Rick's) sent me the wrong gear.

Anybody know the part # for the gear? They sent me the one for the output shaft with the collar and set screws on it.

If you didn't know the part number of the part to order. How was Ron or Nathan suppose to know which gear to send? They had a 50/50 chance of sending the gear you needed. So they sent a tail gear.

I figured you'd jump in here but not in that way. I specifically CALL them because I don't know a specific part number. I could not find the part number right away and didn't have access to a computer at the time of ordering. So I rely on their expertise to find the correct part number. I told them that I wanted the input gear and I/ME didn't know the part number and please send me the correct one.

BTW and am very happy with their service, specifically Nathan, because that's who I deal with all the time. I order all my parts from them.

Also they have screwed up about three orders of mine and I don't get bent out of shape about it because they have treated me very good.

I will continue to order from them with confidence.
