I tried using Super to do the conversion but couldn't get anything usable out of it. It's not critical but more for practice. Unfortunatly, completely unsuccessful. This was my first attempt and I'm completely new to the process. I wonder if anyone has used it and might have any tips. I guess the downside of shareware is the lack of user info.
Thanks,

Well the process on a Mac would be "Drag to MOV file to iDVD" ;)
A DVD is basically an MPEG-2 video files(s) in are particular filesystem. Step one is usually encoding the video files. In this case MOV to MPEG-2. Then using a DVD creator type application to set up the menus and point to the MPEG-2 files.
Never done it on Windows sorry.

Thanks for the assist. Those are the steps I started with. It wouldn't go to MPEG2 at all. I tried a few different routes to get there but the results just weren't there. I think the most prevelent error message was 'This codec is not well supported'. Maybe it's something with the cameras file? It was just for sport but now it's bothering me. It's a Dimage A200. I initially tried to run it directly through my Pinnacle system. That wouldn't recognize it either. :arggg: Such fun.

Well a MOV file does not mean anything like a AVI file. You have to find out what type of codec was used. They are just containers. Here are some link to my website but they are Mac specific.

Thanks for the suggestions. I guess I'll have to delve into this some. I should probably just forget about it because I'm not going to be using this camera for video. But I don't like to let things beat me so I'll probably :arggg: until I get somewhere.
