hey , like to know how many Ion with actros would like to have a Nue 1915 ORK in there Ions , I will have to admit it though , the ORK I installed in my Loogo 10 is one of the smoothest running motors I have ever ran , after hereing how smooth it ran , I ran up my new Ion with the 24-4 , and I could not believe the high Vibs this motor produces , my 24-4 will need to be balanced before I can fly it again , it was bad enough that it moved the bearing block a tad , same on my 32-3 Ion and my 32-4 , well back to the smooth ( spoiled me rotten) vib free motor , the ORK , I sure hope I can try this motor in my Ion soon , 10s , or 14s , and I could go 15s this summer when my 63 volt kontronics comes in in 3 weeks
another good year

That motor is not enough for the Ion yes they run smooth in the smaller machines but it just wont have the power

The 1912-1.5 is anemic on 10s , Ask me how I know I had one and with 10s it boggs pretty bad.
I replaced it with a 1912-1y and difference is like night and day.

I run that motor and went back to 32-3. That category motor dosen;t produce much power for ion-x

The 32-3 heli version really do a good job on 12S I think, start to like this motor too, and would like to try it in the Ion-X with 12S and a 12:1 or 13:1 gearing if there will be a belt drive version of the Ion-X one day.
Maybe another motor would be even better, but know the 32-3 to be a very good motor.

I'm talking about the 1912-1.5y , I know that the 1521 rocks that's also what I have on my Ion X with 10s.
I was replying to Misskimo's post regarding the 1912-1.5y for the new MA 50, and that that motor IMO is anemic on 10s but again I'm talking about the 1912-1.5yand 600 size helis not the 1521 and the Ion .
