Mine came factory installed and I've lost three of them. I had to buy new landing gear because I couldn't find the endcaps seperately.

The ironic thing is they are hard to get out (without scarring them) to CA them in place. Outrage, please stop installing the skid endcaps if you are not going to glue them in, you are not doing me any favors. :arggg:

I have lost my two rear ones as well.

Why bother with them ? Fly unplugged and be wild :)

Mud and dirt get inside the tubes, leaving you vulnerable to STD's. (Skid transferred dirt). :YeaBaby:

I'm glad I read this. I just pulled mine off and glued them on before they fell off.

You must be more than normally sensitive to STD since you bought new landing gear due to this issue;) How are you flying ? sliding around in the mud:lol:
I have never seen much of an issue on mine helis without the plugs.
