View Full Version : Broken switch on my JR 12X

It broke off when I was about to practice on my SIM (Phoenix). I hooked it up and when I did, my model jumped as the switch was on FM 2. When I attempted to switch it down to N, the freaking switch broke off! Has this happened to anyone else? I have yet to send it in for repairs and no idea how much it would cost. I'm not sure if the warranty would cover it either. I can't even use it now as the switch is stuck on FM 2.

they will probably cover it under warranty given your explanation.
Call horizon today and get it setup.

Got it back this morning....good as new......free of charge. I missed this thing lol......thanks Horizon!
