Had a little spare time today and made a custom gear hub for one of my buddies.
I have enclosed a few pictures.
This is the hub I made to replace the OEM white gear that is shipped with the Raptor 30/50 V2 helicopters. Unlike the OEM gear this unit has "No Drag" and rotates freely. The red gear utilized is from the Raptor 30/50 V1 kit. The countersunk screws are 3mm X .5 and 10mm in length which are cut to fit. The same screws are used in both the red and gray gears. The stabilizer screws are 3mm X .5 button head cap screws cut to length.
