700N Main Saft Doesn't Fit Bearing Blocks

Greetings,

I'm building a T-REX 700N and got to the part to check the left and right frame alignment. The main shaft to the rotor will not go through either of the bushings or bearing blocks in the frame. I have cleaned the parts and oiled lightly, but the main saft will not go through even the top one. I've built the head already and yes, there is only one hole at the bottom of the main saft I'm trying to insert.

I've lightly sanded the shaft with 600 grit sandpaper to no avail.

Am I missing something here or do I need to call Align?

Edit: The swashpate and parts above it fit perfectly.

looks like align has the monkey back in QC again! If you cant get it through EITHER bearing blok at all then looks like youll need some new stuff. Aligns tolerances in their shafts SUCK, which is why it is so easy to kill the bearings in the 600.

Yes, call align for warranty parts. Meanwhile, order a couple of shafts from somewhere to get in the air.

I'll call Align. In the meantime, I just put the shaft on my lathe and turned it down a bit.... moving forward.

This happened to alot of people during the build.

I chucked my mainshaft into my drill and sanded it with 600grit for about 5 seconds at a time until it fit perfectly.
