Will a futaba 7 Cap control ccpm?

I'm confused, As my new T-rex is ccpm & my raptor50 v2 is not. The instruction manuel for my radio says it will handle 4 types of ccpm. My buddy (which is far more experienced than i am) argues, That my tx will not handle it... I know the vids bob a.k.a. finless made. He is using the same radio just the 7chp version to set up that t-rex there. Please help as I'm confused!!!!

Yes, the 7CAP will work with the CCPM. I'm not sure why your buddy is arguing the point.

It will do ccpm just fine.

all my helis are ccpm and i have four of them, they are all on the 7c. its an awsome radio :glasses2:

My understanding is that the only differences between the CAP and the CHP are a couple of switch positions, and some programming defaults. But all the same programming features are there on both. My CHP does have the advertised CCPM modes.
