Is it ok to use a smaller spacer between the brass tube and the autorotation unit on the mainshaft? I dont get so good gearmesh with the orginal 0619 spacer. But when i remove that and put in a 0.3 mm spacer i get perfect gearmesh! I just want to know if it is ok to do that, can i run into some problem??

Thx for advice!

The brass spacer and shims are not even included in the kits anymore. Most of the pilots were not using them and just setting the mesh manually. So Tim quit putting the spacer and shim in the kits a couple of years ago.

So you can take the brass spacer out and just set the mesh if that is what you want to do. They are not required to get the mesh set properly.
