replacement grip bearings?

I need to replace the grip bearings and don't want to use Align replacements. Any suggestions?

I want something good but if it means spending $50 on bearings than it makes taking a look at the new RJX flybarless head an attractive option seeing its only $120. But that begs another question..anyone know what the bearing quality is of RJX products?
