precisionheli.com / micron....frauds?

Has anyone else placed an order with Precisionheli.com? They advertise on this forum site. They produce that little tiny hand size heli.

Anyways, I placed the order on 5/8, of course getting charged immediately via web-site and got an automated conformation email saying it would be sent out immediately. Here it is 5/22 and no delivery or tracking#. I wrote them 3 emails, no response and tried calling them and got a voicemail full type of message.

Anyone have experience with them? Are they frauds? I am going to report it to the credit card company this weekend as a fraudlant charge(goods not being delivered). I just wanted to get anyones feedback of this horrid customer oriented business before doing so. Please respond with your experiences. Thanks

My suggestion is do not order from this business. I am getting hotter and hotter each day, just havent had a chance to call my CC company yet along with the BBB

I have one of their Microns. I got the same email, but about a week later I got my heli. I have emailed them as well and sometimes the response has been slow. I think they are covered up. I have also ordered some extra parts from them and took about a week for that as well. You might want to call them just to make sure you did not fall through the cracks.

I purchased a Micron but not from PH. I tried to e mail them and phone call for tech help and over a month now never got a reply. I think it's heli hobies or heli pro has the micron and parts 2 day dilevery. good luck

I appologize I cut and pasted from antoher forum, guess I was to lazy to type again, just wanted the low down, you are correct they do not advertise on your site, thank gosh!:)

Anyways, I did get a response from them to day via email 3 weeks later and stated it shipped and provided a usps tracking/confirmation #, but it didnt exist in usps system!! Either meaning they A) LIED B) Just got to shipping it after seeing these constant complaint posts or my 3 emails saying I was going to call fraud. Something woke him up, but still dont have the heli. Think he would be shipping that next day, but hey, he runs a horrid business imo. I would deffinetly consider doing business through a 3rd party if you want one, deffinetly not precisionheli.com

or C) UPS is screwed up. I had the same thing happen and the number did not go live till the thing was at my door. :lol:
