Tail Servo issues

Hey I have a raptor 30 with a Futabu 240 gyro. Today when I went to fly when I turned on my heli I notcied it took awhile for my tail servo to become active and then I noticed I didnt have much left movent but had full right movement. I have about 30 flights on this bird and never had a problem with my tail servo before and never touched it once it was set up. Any ideas what would cause this to happen?

If this is a heading hold gyro maybe the trim slider was not centered when you turned it on?

Just to let you all know I found out what the problem was. My gyro was going bad. I bought a GY401 with servo and everything works great.
