I already have a couple of TRexes and I'd like to get a smaller bird such as the Maxir, APLUS 300, etc. It would be nice to have something that I can fly in smaller places plus the batteries are cheaper.
I don't really like the Century stuff.
Any suggestions would be very helpful and appreciated.

The APLUS is now avaiable in the USA if that's a plus to you.
Got good review in RCgroups fourm. Thinking about one or a Mini Zoom next.

If you are looking for a smaller sized heli you should know that the maxir is not much smaller than the rexes. The Aplus 300 is more hornet sized and the mini zoom is small like a coke can :shock: .

:D hi all just been reading the thread on the aplus 300,i think that for the money it is very good value all the carbon and alu it looks awsome.
this is only my second heli the first being a colco cyclone not very good lol! i hear lots of people saying that the aplus 300 is not for the novice? i built my one in three nights, as long as you follow the cdrom manual you carnt go wrong(o and dont forget to put loctite on all the srews to metal you will be ok) i think the hardest part of the build was finding all the electrics to buy for it(servos ,receiver trani,esc.bec)with it being my first heli build i didnt have a clue about what servos etc to buy so countless hours surfing the net did the trick,i think i spent more time reserching than i did on the intyre build.
all in all i think this is a top notch heli and it flys as good as it looks.
if you a novice and not frightened of a challenge then go a head get one.
