I have a Hanson G26 Pro. Still new and not a drop of fuel through it. At the time I got this motor there was only the Pro version which essentially was suposed to be just smoother than the stock G26. Shortly thereafter Hanson came out with his G26 3D Max.
Now I've read where they now have the G26 Pro-Plus. Which is claimed to actually as smooth as the 231.
So now what is the differeance between the Pro and the Pro-Plus?
Do I need to send this motor back to get the job done correctly? :?

Well I figure it would say on their site... but it looks like Web page design and updating the site is not their strong suite.

Well I have a G26 pro & I sent it in to Al (New Owner of Hanson) & He installs a new lightened piston, adds the third bearing, & lightens the rod end of the crankshaft. Then trues both the crank & fan if sent with the engine. It's still there so I'm waiting for the cost still. Give him a call & he'll give you the lowdown.

I'd love to know how it improves the engine and what is costs, as well as time frame when you do get it back!
