As with all JR equipment we seem to get the standard set of instructions that are incomplete or not detailed enough. This gyro has a frame rate setting on it for high and low, can some one please explain how and why I would set this please. The instructions say you have to mount the gyro facing up, does this imply you cant or should not mount it inverted?

unless you're using a servo like the Fut. 9253/4 or JR 8700, do NOT use the HIGH
frame rate setting. You will quickly burn out the servo if you do.
You can mount it upside down.

z11355 can you please explain in more detail the relationship between frame rate and the type of servo being used.
