The first ever outdoor flight was a success! It was up for the whole pack, and landed safely! Wind was gusty, about 10-15 mph, and it handled the wind way better than I expected (and way better than my Honey Bee FP did). The wind kept me from turning the tail around, because I have only done nose in on the sim so far. Here's the vid:

Now, I was feeling good, and was determined to try some side in hover at the very least. I went inside to get another pack, and while it was even more windy, I gave it a shot. On first lift off, the tail spun wildly, so I let it down to reconnect the pack. Problem solved, I tried some side in. With the left side in, I had it too close in and too low. A little gust shoved it, and I way over corrected. It hit the ground kind of hard. Assessing the damage and ordering new head parts, I paid $45 shipped, and that didn't include the $15 blades! A simple, $60 crash! Man, I am gonna have to take it a bit slower with this one for a while, and crash the $6-a-crash Honey Bee FP, instead! :arggg: Here is the vid:
